Getting 4-room 85sqm at Jurong West, need do some reno:

To do:

- Kitchen Makeover (Need hacking Flr)

Change Wall Tile, Conceal Pipe, Cabinet.

- Laminate Flooring (Hall, Dining, 3rooms)

- Toilet Makeover (Water Heater, ShowerScreen, Door or Bathtub)

Wall, Floor, Sliding Door, etc.

- Change room door (3 doors)

- L box Hall+Dining+Rooms (with Lights)

- Air-con (3-room)

- Window Grill (Whole Unit)

- Main door and Gate

- SCV and power point (Relocate/Add)

- Dining area light point (Relocate)

-Bamboo pole holder in kitchen

-Painting

-Cover Pipe at Kitchen and Toilet

- Installation service (Ceiling Lights, Curtain Rod)

- Adding Power Point Socket

Any advise on the total cost and duration. Will get renovation loan. If overlay save time and cost, then I prefer it.

Resale flat, so time is important. Need the new flat to complete and then I can vacant current unit.
