Start to do the countdown now weeeeeeeeee Mine still doing the wiring..part of lightings will be installed too..at the same time plumbing are doing their part. LADY_R 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2011 Anyone bought aircon from BEST TECH AIR-CON ENGINEERING PTE LTD at IMM before? or anyone intend to buy aircon? Best to avoid buying from this company, if you intend to buy..cos their..service *****. We are their return customer for their good installation service before (previous flat). & due to that I recommended them to my parents & due to that too, we purchased our aircon from them once again. BUt my nightmare start when my buyer say I have to repair the aircon as it spoilt on the completion day. I got to know its the wiring that give problem..so can be say its their workmanship? Call them & they say its free..as its due to their workmanship. But at last we were ask to pay for the service call them for an explaination and they say their salesman give me the wrong info.. so they can't refund the money but they will give us the service voucher. Ok fine with that..I'm happy if they admit their mistake. I start to get pissed-off when it took them more than 1mths plus to just email me the bloody service voucher. They keep on promising but nothing come out..call them they say the manager incharge on leave.. she not ard.. she half day.. wa piang eh! And now I got 1 more headache.. on the 18th (monday) they supposed to come at 10.30am to run the trunking and piping. After 10.30am still didn't come, call them never answer. We need to rush everything as we only apply for 1/2day leave. When we able to get thru the installer at 11.10am n asked him why still haven't come.. he got the cheek to answer my husband "We can only reach there another 30mins. Ur plc is far u know!" 12pm then they arrived..so no choice I have to explain where I want the trunking to run.. and at last we have to apply for 1 day ..as the trunking will run in my toilet.. I did asked him to be more careful. Possible not to crack or break any tiles.. and he say he try. 2pm we went over to check on them..& I feel like screaming at them..bcos they totally break my tiles.. not only in common bath area but also master bath area, asked him how come so bad..still he got reason to answer me "bcos ah we drill at ur common toilet at door area..there is no support so tiles sure will break..and ur master ahh..part of it no cement..tts y when we drill the tiles come out" Call Neo to tell him abt this "Neo ah, I feel like crying now when I see my toilet tiles eh.. aircon guy drill till break" and this guy still can joke with me "so now how? u say u want to cry..cry laa i wait" sigh. Tuesday morning Neo call me "No wonder u tell me u want to cry yesterday..Now I also want to cry when I see my tiles like tt".. I call Best Tech yesterday as my contractor want them to bear with the cost since its their man who damage the tiles. Try to talk to the manager but she's not around, and till now I have yet to rcv call from her. My conclusion on this company is..They never take their customer seriously..they never keep to their promise, always come late.
