Intend to just change the tiles, plaster the walls and to have only kitchen cabinets and MBR cabinets for built in carpentry works I got a main con(not ID) to qoute me for a few items and below are the qoute he gave, doesnt yet includes electrical and carpentry works as i intend to source for them independently. Is the price resonable? Comments much appreciated Hacking Works Kitchen wall and floor Living room, 3 bedrooms and service balcony floor $3,500 Wet Works With Tiles included Kitchen and 3 toilet floor $2,100 Kitchen and 3 toilet wall $6,888 Water proofing of 3 toilets $600 Rubbish chute $250 Living room, 3 bedrooms and balcony floor $6,500 Plaster wall for whole house $2,500 Plumbing Works Stainless steel piping for whole house Install 2 basins in toilets Install 2 basins in toilet bowls Install 2 water heater and bathroom fittings $1,500 Total : $23,838 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Is the floor all homogeous tiles for living room + bedrooms? If your package does not include these, then it is really expensive liao. Standard package for 5 rm resale flat are less than $25K. These will include hacking the whole unit, provide homogenous tiles for lving room + 3 bed rooms. Tiles for kitchen + floor and wall Tiles for 2 x toilets, 20ft kitchen cabinet, 10ft of table top, either copper or stainless steel pipe, provide toilet basin and toilet bowl, painting of the whole house........
