acidjc 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2011 (edited) recently, I can smell sh*t whenever I open my kitchen windows, and have double confirmed the smell dont come from my own toilets, nearby factory or other sweage works. Becaus I can only smell it from my kitchen (when open windows) and not anywhere else like living room, down-stair or even outside the corridor. hence I supect the smell might come from my neighours, either up-stair or down-stair. do you think I should go confront them and find out myself or should I call HDB town concil?
