Anyone using engineered woods for living or bedroom? Any difference between these 2? I heard the cost of engineered woods is cheaper than laminate flooring. True?

Engineered wood flooring is much more expensive than even the top-end laminate flooring. It is much cheaper than solid wood flooring though

Top layer of Engineered Wood flooring uses real hardwood veneer typically 0.6 to 3mm while laminate uses decorative paper. As such, an Engineered Wood flooring is more expensive than Laminate Flooring.
