Exactly! Headache. The ID quotes me 40ft for the kitchen cabinet - for top and bottom. But when i check with other IDs, the kitchen is at most going for 30ft, minus off the area for fridge. So he his quote doesn't seems to provide a more accurate measurement.

U can see my T-blog for what I have done, and it cost a total of $37K.

For toilet and kitchen, i just calculated those portion from my quotation and amounts to about $15K.
