abupapa 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2011 Hello All, I understand that for new flats, the owners can request for cement screeding FOC from HDB. The form can be downloaded here: http://www.hdb.gov.sg/isoa072p.nsf/PC66VByFormID/HAPF00015 However, in the form, it is stated that HDB will not do cement screeding if the owner decides to lay marble/ceramic tiles. I would like to ask, if one would like to lay tiles then there is no need for cement screeding? Cement screeding is only for laminate flooring? Thanks for all info.
