There's corian top, engineered stone, granite, cultured marble and blah blah blah

With so many pros and cons, which one to select sia????????

Hi,

I also face the same issue. But just to share, recently one of my potential ID brought me to see his project. I just happened to take a glance at kitchen granite top and being ignorant I asked him how come the granite broken into two pcs ya. He explained to me that the whole pc of granite top come in one big pc and they can't break into two. So, what they did is to combine two pcs together. He added a comment that they were rushing for the work for this project so the workmanship not so good but they will rectify.

So to my conclusion is that if you want to install granite top, you really need to hire a really good carpentary or workmanship guy to do this job else will look very ugly. People will thought that your kitchen top break into two..LOL...

One more thing to add, the kitchen solid top surface you can't put hot stuff on top of it else you will see a mark there and then if you choose white colour, you need to be hardworking a bit to maintain it.

I still haven't decide for my kitchen top yet........
