has anyone found/used "smart glass" in your homes?

ie the glass that can change from being totally transparent to opaque when an electric current is applied through it?

(similar to the glass used on the LRT trains)

if so, can you please share the shop where you got it? the price per sq ft?

This is so cool..will be ideal for a glass bathroom or glass partition wall for bedroom, makes a small place looks spacious when transparent or frosted for privacy.
