Looking For Friction Stay

Hi,

I am looking to replace this friction stay, to save on some cost.

There are some cracks on the moving leaf (the black carbon part). I have went to hardware shop to search but the friction stay that I found are different, ie the moving leaf is made of metal and the alignment hole is different. Attached is a picture of the friction stay.
