BTW I've heard rumors that i shouldn't get system 3 aircon as, if the common room's aircon is not *common*ly used will degrade faster in future??

And my ID said that new types of HDB cannot hack walls of toilets, cept relocation of toilet doors? Cannot increase space of the toilet as well? Can anyone confirm? And my unit's 8yrs old.. considered new type?
