Hi to all,

I am new to the forum and also due to the fact that I am sourcing for a reputable ID, I chanced upon this very helpful forum.

I would like to seek some advice from all forummers here.

I have purchased a 4-rm resale unit and have since collected my keys last week. Although the unit has been done up about 60-70%, I still need to do up some areas as listed below.

1) Shoe rack (4ft or full height?).

2) Featured wall to cover bomb shelter (B.S door opens from the living room instead from the side. Roughly 10ft).

3) A side table in MBR to cover odd angle.

4) False wall to cover sink-in wall

5) 14ft wardrobe in common room next to MBR.

6) One wardrobe in common room 2.

7) Partition between main door and kitchen to block the fridge

8) Painting.

With the above, is my budget of 10K enough?
