have been busy with my baby girl's yo-yo fever, thus only managed to do some status update today. but not much actually.

recalling back to my post #33, i had my viewpoints 'I' and 'J' missing. in fact, i wanted my living room tv console to feature with LED lights. thus, i get this:

but after some finetuning, i've decided not to have the upper border all the way up to the ceiling, but at three-quarter height. so this is my revised viewpoint 'I':

by the way, i have a 1.5 year-old serta bedframe to let go, which i have put up a thread at the garage sales and exchange corner.

oversight by my ID. i requested overlay of floor tiles in my kitchen area and extends out to my service yard seamlessly. to make this possible, my bi-fold door at my service yard had to be removed first and put it back after the overlay is done.

but..... it was miscalculated. the heightened floor level could not fit the bi-fold door anymore!

fortunately, my ID is willing to bear the cost of replacing it with a more fitting door for me FOC. phew!

May I know what is the brand of floor laminates you are using? I quite like the colour...

I was thinking putting the Air Con above the feature wall and tv console, if there is water leakage will give u headache

oh actually, i'm not quite sure leh. my ID carries a few brands. he let me choose from what he had, and i just select based on looks... didn't find out the brands

i did think of that too, and was trying to see if i could install the air-con at the opposite side of the wall, above the sofa. but the piping is going to be difficult. i was told that the water (condensation) may not be able to flow smoothly and higher chance of leaking.

since i'm those who would engage professional regular servicing, i believe the risk of leaking should be minimised.

anyway, my reno have been making progress. let me show u...

my kitchen cabinets r up, including the full-height cabinet which houses my built-in oven.

my rinnai RH-995CT hood.

wide and spacious drawer. my ID threw in the cutlery tray FOC :)

i've also got my kitchen cabinets installed with these blum anti-slam devices, for a more child-safe environment.
