He has a mini handbook at half the size of A4 paper, which is filled with all these readings on stars & interpretations of directional fengshui for homes in 2011. And of course, he introduces his fengshui products as "cures" in that handbook.

So like what u have mentioned, extremely commercialised & so good at making $$.

I came across this book & a few others at my parents' place becox both of them swear by tan khoon yong only. My dad is crazy about inviting the God of Wealth every year and he had been doing so based on tan khoon yong's advice written in his annual publications.
