hkching 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2011 (edited) Hi all fellow bloggers, As my previous t-Blog mentioned, we have sold our unit our current place and bought a unit at a cluster housing development nearby. One of the reason that drew us to this units was its existing renovation. It is really well done and every thing is so new. I will post some pictures soon. Hope to share our new renovation journey with you.. Edited February 4, 2011 by hkching

hkching 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2011 They just done for a year and already selling it?? I don't think there is much to do if only done a year ago. Just some changes to suit the living habits of my family. Major works will be creating an open kitchen and laying platform in the master bedroom. Will also do wiring to prepare the home for fibre connection (aka Opennet)

hkching 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2011 owner leaving everything to you? even the yky alkaline water dispenser?? No lah... as usual, all the fixtures will be there. The movable appliances will be removed, unless we request for it. We didn't request for the water dispenser as we have our own filtering system.
