Things like shower head, mirrors, etc already done up? If not also additional costs... along the way, u might also be tempted to do additional stuff...haha... happy CNY. Will check with the ID when he's back from CNY. By electrical works, you meant having more power points etc? Yea, some of the accessories have to fork out from pocket. Finger cross, i don't add too much misc stuff haha.

Electrical components can easily reach $5000. Soft furnishings like curtains/ blinds are also 1 area not mentioned. You may also want to consider to install a laundry hanger system to save space! sokeai 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2011 Just curious as I will be getting my BTO flat next month. How much does this standard BTO package cost? This is for premium bto, cost ard $9k w/o gst.
Dante 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2011 This is for premium bto, cost ard $9k w/o gst. Please note that such "packages" are not at all realistic. ID/Contractors that advertise such 9k to 12k "packages" use it as bait to hook potential customer... once you sit down with them and discuss in details... you will realise that many many stuff are not included... also... the items listed are usually in shortfall... its only upon actual site measurement that the cost will creep up. of course.. if you can stand what these packages provide and withstand the pressure to top-up to make it complete... then go ahead and sign up. when I went to 1 of the contractor's showflat to look look see see (he was trying to sign me up), I ask how much the reno cost... he very reluctantly let slip that its about 28 to 30 K. guess what the his company's brochure say the package cost for a 4room premium BTO?..... $12,888. after doing all my research... i would say that (DEPENDING on what you want) a 4rm premium BTO reno will cost about 18K onwards to infinite
