hi renovators,

i just purchased a walk up unit in the east and waiting for completion.

during this period, i noticed that there seems to be a leak in the kitchen ceiling which was not there previously. (or maybe i missed it)

can i check with everyone here what my options are? do i have to bear the cost of the repair works and how much would it cost.

the unit is about 1200sqft and top floor of a walk up unit. its too old and we do not know if there is even a management.

As is where is, seller provide no warranty. Leak u fix.

Usually walk up no MCST.
