forgotten 1 Report post Posted January 26, 2011 For $300 or less, you will have to look for another tenant to share the room with you.
edenstrauss 3 Report post Posted January 26, 2011 I agree with RT member forgotten's comments. And the rental rate also depends on which part of Eastern Singapore. Those flats nearer towards central e.g. Kallang, Haig Road might fetch as high as $800 for just a common room. So u might end up sharing with 2 other tenants. Depends on your luck too because some landlords rent out their rooms for companionship. Best wishes & hope that u get your room soon

random_username 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2011 marine parade rental is one of the highest 1 room rental range from $600 - $850 base on propertygugu.com.sg posting thanks! so, on these ads, the asking price is usually what is ultimately agreed on, is it? (ie. landlord advertising asking 800 , means most likely will get 800, not very negotiable?)

Adley 0 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Hi JoelJun, It will be difficult to get a room in 3oo$ or even less but if you will raise price you will get quick and multiple options. Where are you staying right now and why do you want to move?
