Renovation Help Needed

Hi all reno's members,

Need some ideas from you guys out there regards to my renovation needs with tight budget.

Budget only about $10K - $12K...

House ... 3NG around Bukit Batok Area..

??? Had stayed in this house for almost 4yrs now. Planning to reno my house at a very tight budget this year.. ANY RECOMMENDATION?

Works Request for this reno:-

1. Laminating of Hall & 2 Bedrms

2. 2 toilets

3. Full electrical works

4. Change of all wooden doors and main gate

5. Knock down wall btw living and kitchen and build partition in btw

6. Painting of whole hse

7. simple kitchen cabinet but only ground

... etc

Dun know the budget can get me to all this simple request or not???

I think you will need at list S$18k for ur work. I am doing mine as well getting quotes from different IDs. At first I also told the ID I can only spend 10K, but its not possible.... All the best to u..... I hope some one will help you out.....

ur request is not simple.

basically is redo the whole house.

I spent 12k on reno. only can do these

1. Laminating of Hall & 2 Bedrms --> no

2. 2 toilets --> common toilet convert to seating type. Masterbed room toilet only change toilet bowl. Not a major job. Didn't hack the wall.

3. Full electrical works --> no

4. Change of all wooden doors and main gate --> no

5. Knock down wall btw living and kitchen and build partition in btw --> no

6. Painting of whole hse --> yes

7. simple kitchen cabinet but only ground --> simple kitchen cabinet top and bottom. But my kitchen is short. only 13 ft top and bottom

... etc

- 2 wardrobe

Still had not include

aircon

minor electrical work

hob, hood, sink, tap, toilet stuff, basin, install heater, light, floor polishing

3 room door + 1 store room door.
