Help! Ceiling And Pipe Not Leaking But Box-up Is Sweating

I noticed the piping box-up in my kitchen and one of the bathroom are sweating, despite that the ceiling and pipes have got no leaking, anyone knows what's the cause and solution for it?

*It's the part next to the grill
