Renovation For New 3-room Flat At Punggol

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I would be getting my keys in April. As I got the leftover flats and it did not come with tiles

in the living area and 02 bedroom, I would require to do up the titles and wish to have the

kitchen cabinate done with some basic living hall false-ceiling.

Was wondering if anyone has lobang for renovation? either contractor or ID also can.

I am looking at a budget of only $10k as kinda tight on the pocket. Or maybe anyone could

highlight what sort of amount i would be looking at.

The total floor area only 68 meter square.

Please highlight if anyone has any lobang.

Require some kind assistance from renotalker's

Million Thanks. (",)

Hi i just collected my keys for my 3 room punggol flat as well and also on a low budget like 10k. My renovation cost comes up to around 10k including electrical works and built in tv feature wall and tv console but does not include tiling and tiles as my flooring is already done up by HDB.

Hello Guys,

The cost of renovation greatly determines on the works that you planned to do,

and of course the budget may also restrict you from having better quality stuffs in process.

So far, saw one forumer mentions that he spent some $15k to have his whole house done up.

Meanwhile, I spent some $29k for my unit.

Do spend a bit of time looking up ppl's T-Blog on their renovation process and evaluate if the quote/ work

is acceptable for you..

Do bewary of IDs/ contractors posing as 'owners' bragging , 'how fantastic or good their id are'. As a matter

of fact they are the id themself; aka self-promotion.

Goodluck for your ID hunt.

ps, do ask for at least three quotes from different ocntractor to allow you to access the marketrate.
