superchrisho 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2011 Encountered some problem with the window grills when it was installed... couldn't open the windows fully after the grills was installed. So we had them do some adjustments. Windows, windows grills, shower screen, toilet door all done by F& A aluminum. Total cost $3630 2 naco windows 3 casement windows 2 top hung 1 bi fold 1 shower screen 2 window double reinforced grills 1 iron main gate with acrylic panel Service: 3/5 Quality: 3/5 Efficiency: 4/5 Value: 4/5 Overall: 3.5/5 Our overall experience from F&A aluminum wasn't too pleasant because they didn't seem to communicate too well with their office and workers. Also they failed to give us ample time when they were coming to install. Wouldn't recommend them. This one was sourced out by finding those adverts in mailbox. Total for flooring is $4700 Done by David from Inovar. By far, we love the flooring the best. We love the fine details to the grooves and texture. Yup, flooring all the way through our kitchen as well. ;D

superchrisho 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2011 we chose this to be our solid surface color. It's a little pricely but we figured we wanted something that will last and look good. It's 100% acrylic. The contractor is recommended by David. This contractor usually does major projects for Macdonalds, KFC...etc. We shall see how it all turns out. This is where we have progressed so far. We're guessing that we should be able to complete everything by this week. So estimated total time for reno is about 1.5 months.
