I plan to get fridge depth 725mm one...side by side doors...will be out by 125-150mm and can open doors without hitting walls...

Toilet got space to put washer??? Unless u plan to remove a basin???isn't the washer area enough for 1 dryer L600xD600xH850???Unless u wanna get dryer to stack on top too then not enough height clearance at washer area...

washer put at the bathing area so bath only in MBR toilet since it is only me and wife who need to bath now. Common toilet keep it dry lo.. just an idea.

then either i put the fridge to the washer area and build a cabinet at the fridge area or build/extend the cabinet at the washer area to put microwave or oven. So far all these area ideas. Not sure if it can be done or will i go ahead with it or not..

I would think main con got to hack away the tiles and re-do cos the gradient was not done properly first time...Ya kitchen is small and I suspect 4 & 5 rm kitchens are this size too except they got a service balcony...

i went to a 4 room and 5 room unit too.. 4 room is the same.. 5 room i tihnk depends on which stack. those facing kallang river have a bigger kitchen. more like a square.

I have bay window in the toilet too. Solution: roller blinds, about 80-90% opacity. So it's still bright in the daytime w/o lights and nobody can see you.

washer in the bathing area is a good idea but got to seriously consider carefully future usage of shower area...

i don't think u can put a fridge at the intended washer area...i think the washer area length is around 700+mm, even if u can squeeze a fridge there, it got to be those low height ones below 1600mm...cos the clothes hanging device pulled down to the lowest level is around 1600mm...if u have a fridge of height 1700mm, u will not be able to use the hanging device le...unless u wanna remove it totally...
