Choices Of Ids

Can someone feedback to me? If I were to select one ID:

1) summit design studio

2) ideal house desgin

3) living art

1) quality-wise should be better

2) got 7% gst = pay additional $3k

3) quote me e highest

sometimes the ID is more impt than the ID firm....

I strongly agree that the ID is more impt than the firms.

i will rather go to small firm with reputable ID rather than big firm with newcomers.

unfortunately there are no shortcuts to looking for a ID/Contractor for reno work.

1) Do all your desktop homework (e.g research online and forums / ask around) for a shortlist

2) Do the actual leg work of interacting with the shortlisted ID/contractor and make your OWN judgement

3) Repeat step 1 and 2 until you THINK you found the right ID/Contractor who you are going to hand your house reno work to.

for many people it is a hit and miss affair
