geniecatcher 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2011 hmm, i think it will be quite ex, by the way, i have his FS book, interested? I have too thanx.. but not sure if any forumers have engaged him before.. don't know what his rates will be like..
edenstrauss 3 Report post Posted January 23, 2011 I think his rates should be quite pricey since he isn't based here in Singapore permanently. When u engage services that are not conducted in your home country, it's bound to cost more. Clients might probabbly be paying for transport, accomodation, etc in addition to consultation fees. If interested, can call up their office in Malaysia to check it out.
muffin 2 Report post Posted January 28, 2011 but i feel that he is too commercialized, what you think?
bepgof 20 Report post Posted January 29, 2011 (edited) From web, look like he focuses on publishing books and conducting courses (pre-recorded video and class room) to promote fengshui and divination-related awareness and understanding which i deem such act is encouraging. Education is a process and takes time to bear fruits and most importantly such act needs "passion" and "commitment" as internal driving force to carry on. In comparision to trading of "fs items" which is purely a "buy & sell" and make "profit" process, JY's hardwork on such are most commendable whether profit is made or not. Tio bo? but i feel that he is too commercialized, what you think? Edited January 29, 2011 by bepgof
edenstrauss 3 Report post Posted January 29, 2011 Hi muffin, I'm not sure if he's commercialised but I've read some of his books and I think they are very well-written and credible. And doesn't encourage superstitions. Many of his thoughts are succinctly expressed in his books. The face reading book was enjoyable... although I would have preferred a more indepth description for some of the features which he touched on too briefly. From my perspective, I agree with bepgof & I also had the impression that he is a Geomencer for the modern times and has adopted more of an educational approach. Should be alot better than those counterparts here in Singapore who sells all the rocks, stones & gadgets which are used for improving FS & improving one's luck. mae29 2 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 I am one of his students and he conducted courses in Singapore too. Nowadays, he teaches only higher modules and concentrates on books writing (recent release is the BaZi - 10 Gods). He has a big group of Senior Consultants who provides BaZi consultation & house feng shui audit. Ofcourse, you can insist to ask JY to audit personally...and definitely very expensive. tidakboleh 0 Report post Posted February 17, 2011 any idea how much roughly for a 5 room? The cost: 1-2 business class airticket (may include assistant), 1 night accomodation, double the cost of any expensive fsm in singapore, wait for weeks before you can get an audit. Try to make enquiry with his company. Usually if you don't stay in a bungalow, your case is refered to one of his recommended consultants. My humble opinion: An Author do best in theory and is always a book writer. A practical, always on the ground experience fsm does a more effective job. babyangel11 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2013 HiI have never gotten JY to do fengshui audit for me before but years ago when he came to Singapore i was eager and paid for a reading to be done by him n it was at a hotel where he was having some convention or whatever - i couldnt remember.I had heard about him and was excited to get him to do a reading so i made arrangements with his office prior to his visit to Singapore. Mind you, his reading was very expensive. If i recall correctly it was in the region of around S$400+/-. When i finally met him, it was a short consultation n he seemed like he was in a rush. All i could say - that was the 1st and that is the last i am consulting him. justicepao 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2013 you can't afford his fengshui services. I heard he only has rich fengshui clients like datuks, datins and businessmen. the rate is beyond us. his fortune reading services are although in affordable range, still severable times more than what others would charge
