Is there ANY way I can buy my own flat,cos I am under 35 without any kids. My mum's place is too crowded. .and the rentAl fees is TOO expensive. Can anyone PLS ADVIse how to appeal to HDB. forgotten 1 Report post Posted January 12, 2011 I have a lady friend in similar situation, younger than 35 and no kid from her divorce marriage. Her parents have their own HDB. In the end, HDB does not allow her to keep the HDB and she had to sell it off. Now she can only wait for a few years and buy HDB when she hits 35. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
