Went to my new flat area in Sengkang. So far, HDB only released the keys for one of the block. Bump into 2 old uncles who was contractor from Poh Tiong. Gave me a brochure about their service and we talked a bit. Told them I might look for them when my keys are ready for collection, but had any one use their service before?
