How To Install New Tv Outlet In Computer Room

Hi guys!

Recently i've converted the computer room into my bedroom... i plan to have a tv in my room but there's no tv outlet... there's only 1 in the living room and another in my parent's bedroom. so do i need to get an electrician to install it? roughly how much will it cost me?

And if i plan to get starhub cable next time, do i need to get their electrician to install the cable thingy in the living room, my parent's bedroom n my room..?
