footprint 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2011 Thanks Abby! Went to open door yest~ some raw photos.. looks how bright the house looks .. and windy too! From living room, looking out to the main door My ong-lai!! against the living room windows. Not really drop-down but still, not so bad i guess.. My MBR! common toilet. These days HDB provided all, thus no need to buy, unless itchy backside want to get rainshower. aircon-ledge is big indeed. now i see where my 2sq m goes to. (external 92 sqm, internal 90 sqm) Right now, pending HDB to rectify the defects.. Thank God not much so the rectification should be straight-fwd and fast i guess. Thus if all goes well, can start next week. Think my ID more gan cheong to start than me. Bought some led downlights from Holly (they offer real good pricing!) yest, plus a "artistic" wash-basin from Heritage too.

footprint 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2011 Popped by yesterday. Realize sand, cement, tiles and cardboards are all in! My ID really do work fast wor. Its only for living room and foyer area, thus not much tiles. The bedrooms will have to wait to be cement-screed by HDB before laminated tiles can be laid on.
