3) my downlight cant dim de. coz by itself, its not really bright (3 led light - warm). thus do not need to dim.

oh man, i love so many things about your new place... from the dining table to the bird nest lamp to the bed frame and cosy corner to the colour combination of your kitchen cabinet... actually our tastes are similiar cos i have been planning for my new place and most of the things that you have done and have purchased are same as what i have shortlisted...

Think my neighbours all spoil market, haa.. thus when comes to my turn (only manage to install on the last few dates given)... every small thing also want to charge.
