very nice!!! Your MBR toilet sink in the service yard. Will hinder the pulley a not? Can take a full pic of the service yard with the basin for me? Saw that you have a tap there too. My mum was telling me to have a tap there for washing clothes / floors but both me and hubby cant gel with what she is saying. Think should be similar to urs. Mind sharing?

Impossible to take full picture of service yard with basin unless go to aircon ledge n she has windows installed even a mission impossible. I wouldn't wanna risk my life to take such picture for u leh. Lol!

Pulley hanger won't hit the basin. She will show u the photo later.

That tap is for her washing machine one.She shifted from the top to the side instead.

The shot she attached still not clear enough meh? Basin at service yard. Washing machine next to basin, then the tap is for washing machine.

I'm the one who took the pictures for her so that's y tell u cannot take such view la. Lol!

It's really hard to take with pulley.

From the height of the basin u can realize it won't affect the full length of the pulley when let down wor.

Hoe Kee has two main brand, KrisRoz and Roz.

Roz is MII. the feel is more sturdy too. price wise, can imagine la.

Finally got my final quotation @ $25,050.

Wasn't as bad as i thought, since i add up abit during the renovation, such as blum anti-slam track system for the kitchen drawers, plus PE endorsement fee, as well as the partition wall.

Not end of renovation, but soon.

Still have bits here and there to rectify, then will be home-sweet-home.
