Daring move, but a good one - it makes it such a standout!As for Ideal House, I'm using them too and mine is pretty responsive. I do like our working relationship but don't expect them to go shopping with you etc. (I prefer shopping by myself anyway - on the computer! )They are pretty busy but will be honest if they can manage your project effectively or not.
