As i only requires sand for living area, i paid $600. Whole house is $800. $950 is quote by ur ID? too high le... yours beside carpark too? nice! windy hor.. Mr Lim is the authorized person by HDB( i guess) to get the sand and haulage from. my ID and some others call, $800. If you need for whole house. Of course, depends on your ID schedule ba. For me, when get keys we got the sand from Mr Lim too, as according to my ID schedule, tiling is done first. my ID does the liaising. At the same time, you can send in request for HDB to do the cement screeding for you (since u going to do laminated floorings too) They will arrange a date and let you know when they doing it ba.
