Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request
There are 30+, 50+ and 90+.... depending on how many mins of calls you want. For data, all are the same 12gb. More than enough got normal surfing and RT. :)

If the company you work for is big, got staff rate of 20-30% discount.

yea i have calculated (my company has staff rate). without staff rate, the difference between classic talk plan and the cheapest data plan is $15, for staff rate, the difference is $16.

then iphone 4 with the cheapest data plan is $480 for 2 yr contract, so even out over 2 yrs, each month is $20 for the phone.

based on the above, monthly saving i got for using a normal $0 phone is $15 + $20 = $35.

come to think of it, i think my kitchen also quite dark. only have a small window at the corner. But i am going to have open kitchen thus it makes things brighter..... and also the colour i choose makes a different as well.

i still prefer N-S facing leh.... if the sun is directly into my bedroom i don't think i can stand it

i also still prefer N-S facing becos of the windiness. i see my neighours facing southwest, i pity them man... the sun is just too strong to bear~

Aircon installation completed on Sat, 12 Mar 2011! :)

Also, realize hacking done on Thurs/Fri.

Talk about fast-leg-fast-hand. :P

Initially was planned for Mon (14 Mar), but ID say since his workers say okay to hack, so hack it goes!

And indeed, its a structured beam, thus for sure requires PE.

Also, I supposed cement screeding to take place this week by HDB!

Since they move in the cement and the sands.

(just wondering, cement screeding requires sand too? )

Thanks to my technical officer for able to squeeze in the slots for me to get it done this week.

(since my application was in late, thus earlier slot for screeding are taken up)

Hihi, need to ask you few questions.. =)

How much HDB charge you for the sand and cement screed ?

secondly, which portion you mention have structural beam ? the kitchen wall ?? Do you have the picture for the hacking of the wall ? My contractor told me sometimes inside the bricks hav the wire mesh thats why charge higher which I don't agree with him.. I feel its just hollow block inside.. haha..

btw Im from jade spring too, hope you can help =) thanks thank~!!

Hi waikwok,

Hacking of walls price shld b standard, regardless structure wall or not.

Just that structure wall to hack require PE (professional engineer endorsement)

This amt varies .. My fren ID charge 400, mine 500.

It's the kitchen wall.. Definitely not hollow.

Jus now went to level3, the owner hacked the whole wall, mine only 1/2 of it.

All are wires inside wor...

Cement screeding for new flats are free, if meant to lay laminates or marble or granite.

Jus need submit form to ur technical officer.

But if need sand n haulage, some get from id.

But from what my Id tell me, for new flats has to get from the appointed contractor.

Whole hse (living plus bedrOoms) think 800.

I only do living area so abt 600 ba. :)
