I am intending to remove my false ceiling. Is it advisable for me to get a contractor to remove it or source for direct contact to remove false ceiling?

Both also can but remember to get a quotation without hidden cost.

1) Cover existing flooring and furnitures with protection

2) Dismantle existing lights (if any) and false ceiling

3) Disposal existing false ceiling

4) Patch up the affected area after removing existing false ceiling

5) Any wiring work require? (Installing new lighting)

6) Painting work

(Correct me if i miss any items)

Thanks BlackWhite.sg for the reply. Normally how much will these cost? It's for removal of dining, living and master room area of a 90sqm 4 room flat.
