Hi you can click on the link to view the photos. Sorry the link was down earlier. I have fixed it.

I spend nearly close to 100k on renovations. I hack everything except the parquet on the stairs and upper floor.I replace the stair case railings with 12mm thick tempered glass. The whole house is rewired. Water pipes are re run and the MBR toilet water pipe are conceal. Common toilet and MBR toilet have 3 layers of water proofing. There is a walk in wardobe linking to the toilet. The door for the MBR toilet has 2 usage it also acts as a door for my walk in wardobe.

My living room is extended to my balcony. I did a leaf shape platform on the living room. Have a water feature underneth the staircase with a glass tank rearing koi fishes. I hack the kitchen wall and created an open concept kitchen cum bar counter.
