OMG.. its so expensive to renovate house.... gd luck gal..bblifeiz, not entirely true.A 3-room basic overhual would cost between $28-$35k.(additional stuffs like feature walls, made-to-meaure cabinets/ Wardrobe (you can buy off the shelf), false ceiling can contribute quite an amt to your bill)The rest depends on quality of the products that your ID/ contractor that is giving.Tiles, laminates, worktop and accessories (sockets, dampers, pipes) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
