From sourcing of contractors to purchasing of items, every single area has its own knowledge to master and it's not easy when there are 1001 things to question and learn. Renotalk has been a great source of information for 1st timer like us, giving aid in almost every area. Enough talk, here's my floor plan. Didn't source for any ID, but instead, we were introduced to our contractor by our friend. Hence, we do not have any fancyfull 3D drawings.. Randy, our contractor was an efficient contractor, whom focus on giving customer the ease of running around to source for things. He would always try to match prices that i can obtain and asked for the best bargin for us. We got all our lightings and Crestar ceiling fan through him. 4180 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2010 Spot Light for my Dining Corridor Lights for my L - Box Because i need to let my contractor know the dimension for my Fridge Mortar Base, i decided to buy my electronics/electrical items all at 1 go, since my buddy is buying his as well.. Thanks to my buddy's wife, we've got for ourself quite a good bargin. Here's what we've gotten thus far... We got all our Triumphs through recommendations from the Froum from SnC..I must say their service's GREAT... Actual Colour of our Sofa would be in black colour Our Dining Table -SnC only ordered 2 piece..Hope it's really a beauty Dining Chair - Have requested to change the cushion to black colour to match the dining table Our favourite - Balcony Lounge Set That's all thus far...will update more of our progress as we hunt down our sanitary fittings and the renovation progress.... Wanted to post pic by pic, but decided to compress them all in 1 because of the forum limit... Tried as much as possible to follow the floorplan to link the pics up.. Demolation started on 28th Dec, cleared by 30th Dec...super fast worker.. My shoe cabinet..Like mention before, i don't have those fancyful drawings to show... My TV Console and Feature wall Shoe Cabinet on the far right My Altar..Going to change the colour to white instead of following my living room theme colour, so as to fit the drawer laminates Wify's Kitchen..Contractor accidently created extra top cabinet on left side...FOC again... Hi May, The lights costs me around 100 with bulbs..They are halogen bulbs, so it would be brighter and warmer, compared to energy savings bulb or leds...
