How would one resolve air-con wastage, as well as rain issue. For your balcony? Usually avoid top-hung at balcony. Very expensive to do a heavy duty one, and will have the "leaks" as you mentioned. U might be able to purchase the brushers (dunno what u call them but can find in traditional sliding doors/windows) to put in between the glass, but will be very visible and ugly. Soichiro 0 Report post Posted December 22, 2010 Looks like I'm stuck with it :-( Ask your sliding door supplier for a solution. He should have supplies of the sliding door seal brush. Most are black, but will be really ugly and visible. Can try see if they have white though it can get dirty easily. Otherwise, u can try to paste some artistic decal over the brush strip to cover it.
