It does help, I used to have slightly elevated uric acid levels. After taking alkaline water for a few months and no change in diet the levels dropped back to normal. I bring a 2 liter bottle with me to work everyday.

Btw, where did you purchase the sink from. Am starting to look for my sinks and sanitary ware next weekend.

That's my problem too. Slightly higher than normal uric acid and since i only installed it for few days, i shall monitor and see whether it helps.

I bought my sink from Hoe Kee at tanjong Katong complex. This is the smallest 2 bowls i have seen after i went to so many shops. i need 2 bowls for the acid water to flow out and i don't want it to mix with the other side of the bigger bowl. But my cabinet area only allow this length so this was the best!

Jupiter Springs is one of the better brands around imo. Mavello is also ok but a little older in technology. Kemp Trading located at International Plaza is distributor. Can go and visit and they will demo. Installation is $80 (this was 2 years back).

This is not a tap fixture.

No problem bro. Has many other benefits and a good investment. The filter can last about 9 months to 1 year. Replacement is $120.

Mine is KYK, korean brand. I heard this doctor is the one that realised alkaline water is good for our bodies so he created this machine. But now, a lot of people also come out with alkaline water dispenser. Local brand like novita also have it....

HAhahaha... that's why i need the smaller bowl to collect the acidic water to wash plates and cups too.

but as i am alone, i don't drink that much water to collect enough acidic water for washing all plates and cups. so just a bit for simple washing....

ELECTRICIAN

I used an electrician that was recommended by another forummer instead of the one that is recommended by my contractor. The main reason was the pricing. The pricing from the one from my contractor is about 1k more ex than Ah Soon (the one recommended by forummer).

Would i recommend this electrician? Yes, i would.

Reasons:

1) Pricing wise, is one of the best i have seen

2) Workmanship wise, they really try to have as little trunking as possible.

3) Very careful with my lightings - especially my crystals light and my special 7 stars light in my MBR.

4) The installation of fans also very stable, maybe its not KDK?

5) Extra service without extra charges (without me deh-ing). What i mean? I wanted another lighting point for my LED spotlight for my painting which was not in initial quote. 2 of the T5 i bought for my kitchen island was wrong size (supposed to be 2ft instead of 3ft). So they bought it on their own to install the next day.

Any complain? Only 1, which they forgot 1 of my light suppose to be 2-way but they installed wrongly so in the end i have to choose another light as 2way instead of the one initially i told them. To me, its not big deal. Everyone make mistake and since mistake already done, just move forward and use another light as 2-way.
