why do you need to move out of your current place by may/june? then you started looking for flat? not so easy to look for flat and get everything done then do reno too.

i was needed to move out by march and i started viewing in Oct but in the end also delayed the moving to apr.

cos i sold my current house last mth and got to move out after 2nd appt as buyer's family also need to do reno and move in asap...tats why can't get extention stay from them.

I only started to see see look around beginning of the year but till now still havent found any unit that attracts me.

I'm only interested in 3A unit at potong pasir area so choices are quite limited for me.

Boon Keng is a better location. Maybe between Kallang and Boon Keng? Near to bugis and town area

I find that potong pasir is a better location than boon keng.

Boon keng also not too bad but too crowded...ppl from towner, bendemeer, kallang bahru all jammed up there...and so near to factories and industrial parks..

Potong pasir is quieter...and most importantly its very near to toa payoh where my parents and other sibling live.

and may_dream u r right!! must be near MRT...tats why i'm looking for units near potong pasir MRT..and not those located in the inner part of potong pasir away from the MRT.

Boon keng also not too bad but too crowded...ppl from towner, bendemeer, kallang bahru all jammed up there...and so near to factories and industrial parks..

maybe i don't like opposition party consituency... that is why i don't like potong pasir. hehehe....

i walked from my place to tpy before so its near too... and there is always bus 31 which is quite fast to go tpy.

factories and indstrial? you mean the side of bendemeer? i am not near there. my side is very quiet.... you can ask those that been to my place. so if you can get ard here, actually its very good too.

the only thing is whether there are units available. hehehhehe..... not easy to find 3 room here as well.
