http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?sh...mp;#entry598790

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Bro, my ans as below:

1) R ur cameras dome cameras? Bullet cameras?

=> Normally i provide 1/2 sphere shape CCD camera. Other types of cameras can also be requested by customers.

2) How many years of warranty do u have for the entire set-up?

=> Normally is 1 year.

3) Country of origin for cameras & DVR?

=> Depends on model

4) R the cables encased in conduits - those rounded plastic trunking to prevent tampering of cables?

=> Normally we will encase cables inside PVC trunking.

5) Does your DVR come with any "fans" i.e. to cool off the DVR which will be turned on 24 by 7 ?

=> Depends on model of DVR. Normally we do not supply DVR. But upon request by customers, we can cater to that.

6) Where is your DVR located at? In your room or in the living room?

=> The DVR is normally located next to TV or PC.

7) Does your DVR emit any sounds of "engine" or motor that's common with even the PC when it's turned on or is it silent?

=> Depends on model.

8) Does your installation require any forms of hacking of the wall to create a hole for the conduit to run through to the next room?

=> If users wanted to lay into rooms, then may need some drilling to enable the wires to be routed around.

Feel free to ask me for any more clarification

CheerZ!

:)
