Budget 20k With Id

is it possible to engage with an ID with budget 20k? i have gotten quotes from ID that they are able to do so without flooring tiles and doors.. but still skeptical.. worried that they might add this add that at the end of the day.. any advise?

i think still possible ba.. include flooring.. but flooring tiles u have to use cheaper, rooms use laminate flooring...

then living room got L-box but not for masterroom, etc ba..

we have already gotten the flooring tiles and doors from hdb.. so reno no need flooring.. between contractors and IDs which one is better with 20k budget?? im a noob in terms of renovation man!

since u have some plans in mind..why not go for ala carte? is time consuming but save lots.

1) direct carpentry

2) ceiling/painting/wiring normaly under 1

3)plumbing/wet work

try to source here u might get good lead..cheers
