ziztine 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2010 (edited) I am going to be renovating my new place & have to decide on my kitchen cabinet shelvings. I have a tall cabinet with 2 open shelves in the middle. One of the shelf I need to put my small standalone oven. I was hoping to be able to use the other shelf for my bread, onions, garlic, sweet potatoes etc. But I would like to seek advice if there is any health risk to placing dry food near ovens.
