are connected with 2 way interactivity.

2. Promotion is not applicable to customers who terminate their StarHub

CableTV service after 8 December 2010 within the same household.

3. The Basic Upsize Groups will have to correspond with the Basic Groups

selected in a customer’s free trial package.

4. Customers are not allowed to upgrade to 4/5/6/7 Basic Upsize Groups

during the free trial period.

5. The free 3 months Basic Upsize groups and free 3 months HD interactive

set top box is limited to $31.03 and $6.42 respectively and will be credited

to a customer’s account for 3 continuous months. Thereafter normal billing

resumes.

6. Not applicable with other in-house promotions unless otherwise specified

by StarHub.
