yes, put the key into the keyhole and turn. You should be able to enter the house smoothly.

Your words reminded me one thing: Before key insertion, make sure go to correct unit with correct key.

I've one occassion, went to the "wrong block" and happily took the lift, liftdoor open nd how come corridor looked so different? Sure some of us have the same experience, right?

Getting the key is the easy part.

When it comes to ID, getting your spouse to see eye to eye is the biggest headache of all.

You are going to renovate the house anyway, so don't fret over what to do when you collect key to a resale flat. Once you start renovation, the old / stale energy will be removed.

Most important is to choose a good date to start the hacking & demolition.

Then, upon completion, select an auspicious day for move in.
