However, I am very concern on the house number which is 324. Being Chinese, I am not sure if this number will make it difficult for me to sell the place next time. Thanks for the suggestion. Personally, our family is ok with staying in a house with number 324. However, just concern for longer term, it may be difficult for us to sell the house... In any case, looking at it in the bright side, 3+2+4 = 9! so not too bad. It can be interpretated as having good fortune as one would not need to slog but can sit down and rest. on the other hand, prepaid sim cards in China with "4" in the telephone numbers are cheaper as they believe its bad luck. Happened to notice that most buildings' storey and unit numbers skipped "4". This phenomeno is not so obvious in south asia. There is a coffee shop at loyang lane, blk4A,(mati ah)coffee shop owner put it name as "64+4". So, add a "4" behind lah, become 324 + 4.
