Hi Guys,

Just bought a resale flat. Can PM me your recommended ID/contractors?

Wish to get the below done.

Chemical bleach the floors.

Paint the whole house (This includes the door ledge)

Lights for whole house

2 toilets + kitchen.

-2 toilets (Full revamp inclusive of WC and WB and shower head)

-Kitchen (half kitchen with cabinet top and bottom +hobs)

Anyone can gauge how much the above gotta cost from experiences?
