user123 5 Report post Posted November 29, 2010 In the midst of the reno, ID suddenly call me to say I need to pay $300 to the person incharge of my area (Punggol) to buy sand for the kitchen cabinet base... just a little bit area cost $300?? Am I suppose to pay this amount or the ID suppose to pay?? She also ask me to pay separately to buy the tiles! What was stated in my quote:- Supplying of materials and labour to construct kitchen cabinet base with matching tiles - $350 (about 15ft) Can anyone pls advice am I suppose to pay these extras?? Thats what my friend told me. btw, why would u need tiles for a kitchen cabinet base?
