Please get consent to advertise by owner and sign the authorisation letter . I had already receive warning that I should not advertise in propertyguru without owner permission. This is a very strict rules and checks by the CEA department. I am also quite shock by the morning calls. Pls do not anyhow advertise without permission. They will call u and then call back office to check if u got submit for authorise letter .

It is quite common for agents post fake/dummy ads of units near MRT stations on property sites to lure buyers to call them.

Yes yes. Haha I ever received a flyer from an agent who claimed to have sold my unit. My exact block and unit number were printed on the flyer. :sport-smiley-004:

finally they act

Yes, about time. Too many unscrupulous and unethical agents out there. once had a co-broke agent come over to my house with a client and when my own agent wasnt looking, and without asking permission started to take pics of the house. I noticed and told him to delete every single picture in my presence.

There are also dummy advetrtisements in the newspapers to lure and swing buyers to view their units.
